Buyer's Premium

A 13% buyer's premium is added to all winning bids and Buy Now purchases and is included in the final invoice total.

Payment

Within 24 hours of the auction's close, winning bidders and Buy Now purchasers must do one of the following:

• Pay the invoice in full online;
• Schedule a pickup appointment (you may pay by cash or card at pickup); or
• Contact us to make payment or pickup arrangements.

If none of these occur within 24 hours, the payment method on file will be automatically charged for the full amount due.

Accepted payment methods: cash, credit card, Zelle, PayPal, and cashier's check.

Buy Now & Reserves

Select lots may offer a "Buy Now" option at a set price. Choosing Buy Now is a binding commitment to purchase that item. Buy Now items and any auction lots you win are combined on a single invoice and settled after the auction closes, under the same terms as winning bids.

Buy Now remains available only until a lot's reserve is met by bidding. Bidz may set, adjust, or remove reserves and Buy Now options at its discretion, including removing them on all remaining lots in the final 24 hours of the auction, after which those lots sell to the highest bidder.

Item Pickup

Items designated for shipping are excluded from these pickup requirements and are governed by the Shipping Information section.

All other items must be collected during a scheduled pickup window shown in the auction description. If you cannot make a scheduled window, you must contact us in advance to arrange an alternative; arrangements are confirmed by Bidz and do not replace the scheduled windows. If no windows are provided, pickup must be completed or arranged within 24 hours of auction close.

Items not collected during a scheduled window, or by a confirmed arrangement, within 7 days of the auction's close will be considered abandoned. Title to abandoned items reverts to Bidz Auction House LLC, and no refund will be issued, even if the item was paid for.

Buyers are responsible for bringing appropriate help, tools, and vehicles for removal.

Shipping Information

Eligibility

Not all items are available for shipping. Items marked as pickup-only in the listing must be collected in person. Please review individual lot descriptions before bidding.

Rates & Carrier

Shipping is charged at a flat rate unless otherwise specified in the listing. We ship using the carrier of our choice. If you prefer a specific carrier, please contact us before bidding — additional fees may apply.

We do not ship internationally. Exceptions may be arranged on a case-by-case basis if contacted prior to bidding.

Delivery Address

Items are shipped to the address on file with your account unless you notify us otherwise before your invoice is paid.

Combined Shipping

When possible, multiple lots won in the same auction will be combined into a single shipment to reduce shipping costs.

Insurance

Insurance is added to all shipments to protect against loss or damage in transit.

Timeframe

Items are shipped within 7 days of payment.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or is missing from your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible and retain all original packaging. Photograph any damage before moving or disposing of packing materials, as this is required to support an insurance claim.

Claims made more than 14 days after the delivery date may not be honored.
