Winning bidders must complete one of the following within 24 hours of the auction closing:
- Pay your invoice online using the payment link emailed to you;
- Schedule a pickup appointment if you plan to pay by cash or card at pickup; or
- Contact us to make alternate arrangements if you have a scheduling conflict.
If you have not paid, scheduled a pickup, or contacted us within 24 hours, the credit card on file will be automatically charged for the full invoice total.

🚚 No Trailer? We Can Help
Don't let hauling stop you from bidding. We work with a network of independent haulers and equipment transporters who can deliver large items for a fee.
- Ask before you bid. Call or text us with the lot number and your delivery address and we'll get you an estimate, so you know the cost before you commit.
- You arrange and pay the hauler directly. We make the introduction and help coordinate. The delivery itself is between you and the hauler.
- Cost depends on distance, size, and equipment. Heavy or oversized items may need a specific trailer or loading equipment.
- Your invoice still follows the 24-hour terms above. Settle up first, then we'll coordinate the handoff.
